Branson

Day 1: Travel Day

We decided, in order to make everyone happy, we would fly part of the way and drive the other part to get to Branson. To drive the whole way is only about 8 hours, but it would not have been a pleasant 8 hours. So, we got on a plane in Dallas and flew to Tulsa. We drove from Tulsa to Branson (3 hours). Here are some pics of our first day of vacation.

We stopped in Springfield, Missouri for lunch at one of my all-time favorite places, McAllisters. We were introduced to McAllisters when we lived in Waco, and were very excited when they moved closer to us. This is actually the second vacation that we have eaten at a McAllisters.
